Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for helping our customers get the most out of their Teem experience. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, ready and able to help with any questions or issues they may have.

As a Customer Support Specialist at Teem, you'll be joining a fun and collaborative team that is passionate about creating a positive customer experience. We're looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented and knows how to stay calm and organized under pressure. Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to emails/Text promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues by taking ownership of their problem and following through until their issue is fully resolved.
  • Learn and become an expert in all Teem products and services so that you can provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Teem development team to identify and troubleshoot technical issues that customers are experiencing.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our customer relationship management system.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to identify areas where Teem can improve and suggest solutions to help address those areas.
  • Make a follow up on the referrals and pre-auth on insurance.

Requirements

  • A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and become an expert in Teem products and services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Basic technical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help customers.
