We are currently looking for 2 Healthcare Bidding Managers for our office in Managua. This is an On-Site Job.
The Healthcare Bidding Manager will handle all sales opportunities/bids, in an efficient and timely fashion. You will be responsible for the bidding process, and certain aspects of account management, as well as lending any support our sales team may need. As a Bidding Manager, you will also assist in training new and existing staff and helping to allocate/manage the team workload. We are looking for individuals who take a hands-on approach toward client management, collaborating with the Sales team to close sales cycles.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manage the bidding process and track new and ongoing RFQ's and new opportunities.
- Manage the data reporting data reporting needs of each partnership, ensuring that the overall objectives are met.
- Work in conjunction with our project and vendor management team to monitor projects infield and ensure that client’s needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and help to Manage team workload
- Assist in training and mentoring New Hires
Requirements
- Fully Bilingual (English amp; Spanish)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2-3 years of Market Research Experience
- A multi-tasking individual who likes to work both in a team environment and individually. Willing to manage a full workload and possess the ability to manage priorities that change moment by moment
- Possess good communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and understand the needs of Market Research clients as they relate to both the industry and the products and services provided by Sago
