As a Fraud Associate-Panel, you will be responsible for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities that can potentially harm the Panel’s stability, reputation, and data security. You will collaborate with various departments to identify and minimize fraud risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Validation:

- Review new accounts for quality, completeness, and validity.

- Verify user-provided account details against online databases and registries.

- Identify inconsistencies or irregularities in the provided data.

- Inactivate accounts that show signs of poor quality or fraudulent activity.

Fraud Detection:

- Monitor transactional data, online interactions, and user behavior to identify suspicious patterns or anomalies.

- Utilize fraud detection tools and technologies to spot potential fraud cases.

- Review alerts and reports to identify potentially fraudulent activities.

- Inactivate accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze large datasets to uncover hidden patterns or trends associated with fraudulent behavior.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, IT, and operations, to coordinate fraud prevention efforts.

- Share insights and findings with relevant departments to improve fraud prevention strategies.

Reporting:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on fraud trends, incidents, and mitigation efforts.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements and policy changes based on analysis.

Mitigation and Prevention:

- - Suggest improvements to systems and processes to reduce vulnerabilities to fraud.

- Stay updated on the latest fraud trends and technologies to adapt prevention methods accordingly.

Requirements

- Fully Bilingual ( English amp; Spanish )

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Data Science).

- Previous experience in fraud detection, investigation, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with repetitive, complex data.

- Knowledge of fraud detection tools, software, and methodologies.

- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
