As a Panel Recruitment Coordinator you will research panels for qualitative and quantitative research purposes.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and onboard new contacts/affiliates/suppliers/Influencers for panel recruitment.
- Monitor and track panel member participation ratings.
- Connect with recruitment partners for optimization of traffic.
- Assist suppliers in addressing and responding to their requests.
- Work with development team to get the set-up and tracking done for new recruitment models.
- Work with design team to get marketing material ready for the promotion of the panel.
- Work closely with other teams to fulfil recruitment sample for research projects.
- Foster and maintain good relationships with recruitment partners.
Requirements
- Fully Bilingual ( English amp; Spanish )
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- 2-4 Years of experience in market research, marketing, or panel management.
- Familiarity with Qualitative and Quantitative research.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a must
- MS Outlook
- Microsoft Excel and Word, knowledge of Pivot table techniques
