• Collect and assess data, increase care plan adherence, and accelerate identification of adverse health events.
• Use a consolidated reporting platform that combines vital sign and patient reported data into a simplified view of patient history and current status.
• Deliver real-time patient care recommendations to help improve patient outcomes.
• Patient compliance and connect devices.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in a relevant field
• Current and valid medical license in the state of [insert state here]
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
