Our company is looking to hire a Marketing Virtual Assistant who will help develop and implement marketing plans and strategies. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials, reports and annual plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the marketing department.
- Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Perform market and client research.
- Create reports on marketing performance, annual plans and its execution.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with social media and website content.
- Attend trade shows and company events.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- 1 year of experience in marketing or equivalent education
- Needs to be able to have a good use of excel and social media.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is a plus!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Ability to spot emerging trends
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
