Responsibilities:
- Client support via email, phone and zoom
- Providing Accounting and Tax information to remote team
- Responding to tax notices by calling and writing tax agencies to resolve tax notices
- Tax Research to answer client's personal and business tax questions
- Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers
- Handle payroll functions as required by the organization
- Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees
- Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities
- Manage client accounts and payment schedules
Requirements
Requirements:
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title is necessary
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
- Current familiarity with common database and spreadsheet tools, especially Quickbooks is required
- Knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- 2-5 years of experience in the accounting field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Can work independently and without supervision when required
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
- Very proficient In communicating in English, both verbal and written. (C2 English Level)
- Accounting and Bookkeeping Knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Excellent math ability
- Good organizational skills
