We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Legal Account Representative to join our partner law firm. The Legal Account Representative will be responsible for the initial client contact, gathering case information, and ensuring that our clients receive the best service possible. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound amp; Inbound Calling (Cold Calling)
- Qualify potential clients
- Send Retainer Agreements
- Follow up on old leads and appointments
- Email and SMS Campaigns
- Request initial documents for cases
- Forward qualified clients to attorneys
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Call medical providers to gather initial case information
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years BPO Sales experience
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written), with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms
- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies
- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information
- Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST. Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST. Thursday and Sunday off.
