As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead client retention (SMS, newsletter, email)
- Facilitate major PR announcements
- Promote and maintain mobile app
- Continuously monitor online brand reputation
- Register firm in over 150 directories
- Leverage Law Practice 360’s suite of tools
- Collect client testimonials and reviews
- Track lead-to-client conversion statistics
- Referral network growth amp; management
- Manage all marketing content creators
- Preparing and delivering a comprehensive weekly report to be submitted to coordinator for coaching purposes
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of social media account management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational ability
- Must have excellent English communications skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
- Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up
- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies
- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm
- Must be proactive
- Willing to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule
- Must have own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above and Microsoft Office) and with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
