Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Specialist Virtual Assistant will play a pivotal role in the launch of our new platform, Lien Networks. This individual will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, conducting outreach, coordinating sales demos, and facilitating the account verification process to vet licensed professionals. The goal is to generate leads, convert them into platform signups, and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up calls, generate leads, and lead email marketing initiatives.
- Convert leads into platform signups through effective communication and persuasion.
- Manually verify medical providers and attorneys by contacting them and requesting necessary information.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in e-mail marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot and ActiveCampaign (knowledge of other services is a plus).
Communication Skills:
- Effective communication skills are crucial, both internally and externally, to ensure successful outreach and collaboration. Must be organized, responsive and detail-oriented.
Technology and Tools:
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and other relevant software.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and Business Manager to expand the number of daily active users.
- Provide insights from campaigns and sales calls to contribute to platform improvements.
Sales and Outreach Strategy:
- Proactively develop and implement effective sales and outreach strategies to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
Performance Metrics:
- Key performance indicators include typical e-mail marketing metrics and conversion rates from leads to signups.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote position with work hours from 8 am to 5 pm PST.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal ENGLISH amp; SPANISH communication skills
- Technology Requirements:Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above amp; Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
- Time Flexibility:Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
