Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Officer to develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engagement practices, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement within the organization.
  • Work with different departments, including human resources, marketing, sales, etc., to help ensure that employees feel valued, appreciated, and motivated at work.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and workshops to assess employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training to employees in areas that will help them perform better at work, such as conflict resolution or time management.
  • Monitor employee turnover rates to determine if there is a need for improvement in hiring practices or employee retention tactics.
  • Conduct exit interviews with employees who leave the company to identify reasons why they’re leaving so that the organization can take action to retain employees.
  • Establish the organization’s culture and vision through employee engagement efforts such as surveys, focus groups, and workshops.
  • Assess company culture, identify problems in areas such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and recognition, and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Review employee performance data to identify areas that need improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions on topics such as workplace safety or diversity awareness to promote a positive work environment.
  • Evaluate employee performance based on specific criteria that have been set by management, such as customer service skills or time management skills.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in employee engagement management.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.
  4. Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  6. Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule, this is a graveyard shift
  7. Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
