A Placement Specialist is a professional who works directly with clients to understand their staffing needs. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Attend placement calls with clients to understand their staffing requirements and preferences.
- Conduct Placement Calls with clients and candidates to complete the client's staffing needs.
- Update and maintain accurate records of clients' requests and preferences in our system
- Work closely with the Staffing and Production team to match the client's requirements with suitable virtual staff members.
- Create agreements between clients and recently hired virtual staff (for existing clients only).
- Follow up with clients to provide updates on the progress of their staffing requests and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Track and analyze placement results to identify trends and improve the placement process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize the placement process and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, this is a client-facing position plus several interdivision interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule (this is a graveyard shift in the PH)
- Must have own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above and Microsoft Office) and with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
