The Sago Project Engagement Coordinator is motivated, curious, thoughtful, kind, tenacious, and above all else, a team player. As the Project Engagement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will focus on supporting the Project Engagement Manager role and Brand project management teams with project recruits and Sago panel lead generation efforts for Meta projects.
Position: Project Engagement Coordinator
Requirements
- Execution of all creative, specialized recruitment strategies to drive new recruit leads and complete qualitative research projects for Meta work (outside the Meta pod). This may include but is not limited to outreach with local organizations such as schools, non-profits, as well as local Sago facility team(s) to drive boots-on-the-ground amp; other grassroots recruitment efforts, such as attending events populated by attendees in a target demographic. Outreach includes recruiting people from the US via email or phone to participate in a project or join our Sago panel.
- Support the Brand Project Management and Recruiting Teams to understand their target audience needs amp; ensure activities are aligned with client expectations; Including but not limited to screening and completing qualified leads for projects.
- Coordination of all new recruitment generation campaign efforts to drive new lead recruits/week who qualify and participate in any Meta qualitative project for the Brand pod, beginning with the current Meta project A in NYC. Success in this role will be measured by key performance metrics which include meeting or exceeding a monthly and weekly target of qualified completes and project CSATs.
- Supporting the current referral campaign(s) execution process for Meta project A in NYC (H1 of 2024), and any new Meta A projects in other markets (TBD H2 of 2024). This includes but is not limited to streamlining the current workflow process amp; campaign parameters, tracking leads and project complete tracking referral incentives, and supporting the Project Management and Recruiting Teams.
- Collaborate with the Project Engagement Manager in support of the Panel Development team to 1) improve and document the referral campaign management process, 2) provide recruitment support amp; assets (e.g. creation of fliers, links, etc.) for other grassroots recruitment efforts or social media, such as partnering with social media influencers, etc., 3) ensure new leads are properly empaneled amp; best practices are followed to minimizeinstances of fraud with any specialized recruitment solutions, including any referral campaigns; 4) Supporting panel growth and upcoming transition with the Kinesis database platform.
- Engage with your leaders and your peers to address any challenges and facilitate teamwork to resolve any issues or meet deadlines. This role reports directly to the Project Engagement Manager in the US.
