We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and operations teams with projects, reporting, systems, and processes aimed at enhancing sales productivity and effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, this dynamic and cross-functional role demands analytical aptitude and intellectual curiosity.
Responsibilities
- Be a high-impact player acting as an on-demand resource for sales support tasks including, but not limited, to account management and prospecting, client integrations amp; communications, contract review, and data management.
- Implement single-case financial agreements with medical providers of all types for clients where we do not have providers in-network.
- Run onboarding calls for newly contracted medical providers.
- Work with internal teams to support, implement and manage technical business systems and provide data stewardship.
- Deliver reporting requests for internal teams and assure data accuracy.
- Review data and provide trend analysis to the Director of Business, Development and Business Development Managers.
- Provide support across all teams in a variety of functional areas.
- Be a point of contact for external clients and promote strong internal communication.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of experience working at a high level role.
- Some experience in a sales support/sales administration role preferred.
- Self-motivated problem solver with the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently toward collective goals.
- Capacity to grasp and learn concepts quickly and independently.
- Excellent communication skills
- Technically savvy
- Experience using data to make recommendations
- Strong project coordination and organization skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company strategy.
- Willingness to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time.
- Must have a personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
