We are looking for a Part-time Helpdesk Panel Associate for our office in Managua, Nicaragua.


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering panelist inquiries by email and phone to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service
  • Handle escalated complaints while providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identifying and assessing respondents’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools provided
  • Working with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues that impact respondent experiences
  • Follow appropriate communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma/GED required

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in market research a plus.
  • Experience with customer service ticketing software a plus

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and enjoys working closely with people.
  • Technology savvy
  • Strong communication skills written and oral
  • Fully bilingual

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
